Do you love reggae?

My first love of music has always been reggae. Inspiration for my music comes from being born in Ghana, West Afrika, where watching and listening to the elders perform our traditional music is an everyday part of life. Being a percussionist, the artistry comes when I mesh traditional beats with reggae. Thus the name of my band & CD... I & I, Reggae inna Afrikan Stylee.

The struggle to bring you my first release has been long. So much trouble... gangsters in Babylon, finding musicians to play my music, downpressor's... but with great support from family and friends, I & I persevered.
